The main establishment of the organization by the gathered intellectual was at first to target the restoration of peace in the country as well as the region as the most key factor which contribute to accelerate excessive poverty and un- development which lead the grass-root level people to act nothing but idling. The fact remain that it is extremely difficult to carry out meaningful and fruitful development work for the poor and needy community under situation of conflict.
